IFB Customers get sneak preview of NextGen Analytics solution

The IFB and Shift Technology are proud to provide a sneak preview of the IFB’s next generation organised fraud-detection capability.

The new system which was announced in April this year, is set to launch early 2022.

Powered by Shift’s artificial intelligence, the powerful database will provide advanced network detection for IFB members, covering motor, property, and liability product areas.

Shift AI which analyses billions of claims each year world-over, will strengthen and adapt over time to help identify fraud trends and decrease detection times.

The SaaS-based platform will also empower IFB members to detect new fraud ring tactics and refocus quickly as emerging industry threats develop.

In addition, a powerful new investigative tool called IFB Exploration will be launched to put fraud networks, suspected fraudulent entities and contextual insights at the fingertips of IFB members.
