We’re excited to share that the new ‘look and feel’ IFiHUB will go live for members on 10 July, subject to a 'go or no go' decision on 3 July.

With most of the UK General Insurance market accessing IFiHUB (Insurance Fraud Intelligence Hub) and nearly 200 suspected fraudsters being added to it each week, it’s vital that our tech is cutting edge to keep pace with the evolving nature of fraud. We’re pleased to share that the new version of IFiHUB with bring a number of benefits, including an integrated data model and a single Multi-Factor Authentication for both IFB Exploration and IFiHUB.

We recently launched a series of live demos and e-learning training sessions to help our members get IFiHUB-ready! Even if you’re a total pro when it comes to using our solution, we still encourage you to come along to familiarise yourself with the new ‘look and feel’ of the tool.

Interface Managers have also been notified of key changes to the format of the IFR (Insurance Fraud Register) and Generic Data Feed and record identities as a result of the replatforming. SFTP users have also been notified about the transition to Azure File Transfer for bulk file loadings and retrievals.
